Ventrico VIC

The Ventrico VIC system is a complete product optimization system.

Ventrico VIC consists of the Ventrico software and the Ventrico consol. It is a userfriendly system, which is also very simple to install.

The standard version of the Ventrico software contains of the modules below, but it is also possible to adjust it to the individual needs. It is possible to integrate the system with the company's ERP system as well as traceability and print solutions are provided.

Line Viewer Provides a visualization of the current situation at the production lines. E.g. the production speed, expected end of production and a graphic illustration of the production process is shown.
Registration of errors A module to register all production errors, e.g. what is causing the error and the duration of it.
Reports and Analysis A report module that presents all collected data - how long the line has been up and running, error duration, causing of errors etc. An incredible tool to optimize production and minimize the downtime at the line.
Line Overview Gives a swift overview of how the different lines are running.
Product Display A module for visual production control in order to reduce errors. The system is able to show pictures of the products that have to be produced.
Line Status Report system for the actual production - Shows where possible errors at the line is. It is also possible to configurate the module so it helps you in case of errors.
Admin Module A web based administration module for the basis integration of the system.
