Reports and analysis
Four different levels of production reports is available. From the entire production overview to use for the adminstrative personell, over line reports and down to the very detailed operation error reports to use for the technical personell.
Comparisions between data drawing is easy available. It could be comparision between night and day shifts or compare one week with another.
Current overview of what is causing the production errors, how long time one line has been down because of one problem or one machine, is also avaiable.
It gives you a quick overview of what has been running at the lines within a certain period.
As well, the system gives you a swift overview of the entire production time and errors.
It is also possible to get a detailed list of what is causing the different errors and for how long they have existed.
